Ensure you are compliant with the correct signs

To discharge your duty of care to possible trespassers and passers by, ISO 7010 compliant warning signs must be displayed.
The Occupier’s Liability Act of 1984 states that, as an occupier (not necessarily the owner), you have a duty of care to anyone on or attempting to gain access to the property, whether they have permission to be there or not. This means that if a trespasser gets injured, you are responsible, and as such are liable and can be sued through the civil courts for compensation.
This is why TruGuard anti climb systems are the first choice in perimeter security. Not only are potential intruders deterred from attempting to gain access by the physical presence of TruGuard but the rotating spurs are designed to repel attacks without intending to cause any harm to the intruder.
It also states in the legislation that to fully discharge your duty of care you must warn of the danger present by displaying warning signs at points that are visible from every approach to your premises.
